About

FlowDoc (flowdocapp.com) is a working micro-SaaS that turns a structured form into a clean, ready-to-send PDF. It covers three document types out of the box - quotes/estimates, assignment orders, and grant/tender application files - plus an AI assistant that pre-fills a document from the user's saved profile, and a document review flow. Generated files are stored privately in each user's account. The current UI is in French, built for the French administrative market. WHY THIS IS NOT JUST ANOTHER VIBE-CODED APP The biggest risk when buying an AI-built app is that it cannot run without the builder that made it. That migration is already done here: - Front-end deployed on Vercel from a private GitHub repo you receive - not on the builder's hosting. - Database and authentication on an independent Supabase project, not a shared one. - PDF generation runs in a separate, secured Python microservice on Railway, with its own repo. - Documents are kept in private storage, not public buckets. - The domain flowdocapp.com is included in the sale. TECH STACK React + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS (front) - Supabase (Postgres, auth, private file storage) - Python PDF microservice - Vercel + Railway hosting. WHAT IS INCLUDED 1. Both private GitHub repositories, transferred to the buyer 2. The domain flowdocapp.com 3. The Supabase project and the Railway service 4. A 9-page handover dossier covering architecture, deployment and transfer steps FULL TRANSPARENCY - PLEASE READ BEFORE ENQUIRING - Revenue is $0. No traction, no paying customers, no marketing history. I am selling a finished product, not a business. - Stripe is not finished. The integration exists but the full checkout path was never validated in production (I chose not to run live transactions to avoid the fees). Budget a short session to complete and test it. - The name "FlowDoc" is already used elsewhere, is not trademarkable and organic SEO on it is saturated. The value is in the product and the architecture, not the brand. A rebrand is recommended, and the price reflects that. - The interface is French-only today. Adding English is a translation pass, not a rebuild. WHO THIS IS FOR Someone who wants a deployed, architecturally clean document-generation product to launch, rebrand, or fold into an existing tool - and who would rather buy months of build work than start from an empty repo. The document-type engine is generic enough to be repointed at another market. Asset sale (code, domain, infrastructure, documentation), sold as-is with no revenue warranty. Asking $4,500 (EUR 3,900).
